ご予約日の14日前までのキャンセルは全額返金いたします。
7日前までのキャンセルは50％返金いたします。
6日前以降および当日のキャンセルについては返金いたしかねます。
無断キャンセルおよび開始時刻以降の到着（遅刻）についても、返金は致しかねます。

Cancellations made up to 7 days before the scheduled date: 50% refund
Cancellations made within 6 days, including on the day of the event: No refund
No-shows or late arrivals are also non-refundable
